Challenges
SpaceTech's legacy infrastructure suffered from rigid resource allocation and performance limits for real-time AI workloads. This hampered efficient scaling for security and building management. High operational costs, driven by substantial power consumption and cooling from GPU-based solutions, burdened their extensive property portfolio.
Solution
SpaceTech deployed Ampere Altra processors, enabling dynamic core scaling and parallel processing optimization for AI. This shift allowed power-efficient servers, reduced cooling, and a seamless x86 to Arm migration. Ampere Optimized AI Software integration further enhanced performance within open-source frameworks.
